  Came in the door waited 10 minutes to be seated nobody seated us so we just ordered our food and went and sat at a table. Food took seriously 20 minutes to get there it was all soggy and cold. They forgot the shake and the order was basically all wrong. It was served in to go bags even though we never ordered it to go. Not to mention the manager (Older black male) was screaming at the employees and seriously through something right in front of the customers. Half way through putting our order in this same male left the register and demanded someone else to finish the order. The food did not taste anything like steak and shake. It's seriously tasted like Day old Mcdonalds. Worst experience EVER

  After being seated it took forever to get a waitresses attention. Finally placed our order. Had to track down a waitress to get the water we ordered. Took 30 min to get our food and it was cold. We were told that the store had been shut down for 10 days to retrain the staff after too many complaints. If this is after training, I'm not wasting my time here again.
